We converted this 15th century flour mill on the North Cornwall coast, into a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, family home and 2 other barns on the site into holiday accommodation. The owners described the property before the conversion as 'a bomb site', and are delighted with the outcome. This project was challenging and required lots of thought with the various building materials used. Most of the floors were solid oak and slate flag stones. All of the materials were sourced locally except windows which the owner sourced from Lithuania. This project was a total re-build and one which we were proud to be involved with. The property was also featured in the inspirational magazine ‘25 Beautiful Homes’.
